Yes, I've used a mixer https://yomix.io before and I found it to be really helpful in protecting my transfers. It essentially mixes up your coins with a bunch of other people's coins, making it much harder for anyone to trace the transactions back to you. It's a good way to maintain your privacy and keep your transactions anonymous.
