This is a nebulous issue, but one that I've heard mentioned in forums is whether or not we'll ever to see flowing capes. After you've figured out that belts, and other items, are more brimming with life , can capes ever be flowing?
There are three structures
The TD says: with 7.2 I'm not sure if this is one of our essential features, out of the box however, we've certainly introduced a variety of new features to the game that are technological improvements. One of them is armor 2.0 which lets us create full-on geometry-based armor sets that we'll see in tier 20 in to the Tomb of Sargeras, which will be amazing. In that vein, many of our artifacts are now physics-based flails. That's awesome. And I can see how the natural progression of this will lead us down a route in which things like flowing capes are an option, but...I have no actual possibility of a flowing cape at the moment. This is an interesting idea, and I'd also be interested to see...one of my most favorite remarks was Redditor commenting "Wow! Valen has definitely stepped up his eyebrow game, as there are huge eyebrows that moving in the breeze, and I'd like to see the same!"
Do you have any other ideas you'd like to get your hands on?
The TD The most notable feature that I've observed in interviews as well as for players who haven't had the pleasure of experiencing it on the PTR is the building system. It is reminiscent of things players are used to building up on the Isle of the Thunder King or the Molten Front, however when we finally reach the Broken Shore and, spoiler set up our base upon the Broken Shore, we're basically living in the ancient Night Elven ruins. There are three structures. I've been told, "Oh is this Garrisons on the Broken Shore," or, "What's going on here?" What's actually happening is that these structures served a purpose long before the founding of the city. We're entering as an area, which could mean North America, Europe, or China and on a global scale, but with a cross-faction. we're contributing resources we're acquiring from areas like the Broken Shore and the Broken Isles. As we contributed these resources , we're creating these structures back to their former state of perfection.
